Tom Lehman

Tom Lehman's spectacular 1996 PGA TOUR season will be long remembered. He was named PGA Player of the Year, Golf Digest's World Player of the Year, and Golf World's World Player of the Year. He won the British Open and finished second in the U.S. Open. Other victories included the Tour Championship and the Diners Club Matches. He finished first on the PGA Tour Money List and won the Vardon Trophy for the PGA Tour's lowest scoring average. In 2000, he won the Williams Challenge and the Phoenix Open.

Tom's entry into golf course architecture is with every bit of enthusiasm, energy and drive that propelled him to become one of the world's top professional golfers. Tom exhibits more than a passive interest in the design process. He spent numerous days on site and countless hours with his then design partner, John Fought, during the design and development process. In a recent article in Golf World magazine, Tom is mentioned as one of the hottest new names in golf course design.

Tom's natural ability to visualize great golf holes has contributed greatly to the success of Windsong Farm.

John Fought

John Fought has accumulated quite an impressive resume in the game of golf, both as an accomplished player and as a leading architect.

After graduation from Brigham Young University, Fought enjoyed an outstanding amateur career, playing on the Walker Cup and World Amateur teams, and winning the 1977 U.S. Amateur. In his first year on the PGA Tour in 1979, Fought triumphed at both the Buick Open and the Anheuser Busch Classic, and garnered the title of Golf Digest's PGA Tour Rookie of the Year. Following his brief but illustrious playing career, Fought redirected his passion for the game into the art and science of golf course design.

John has received numerous awards for his projects, including Pumpkin Ridge and Crosswater (with Bob Cupp). Together, John and Tom designed The Gallery Golf Club, in Tucson, Arizona, and recently completed a redesign of The Farm in Rancho Santa Fe, California.
